Marq Muziq (born Mark D. McCombs Jr.) is a Christian hip-hop artist from Dayton, Ohio, whose music inspires, uplifts, and spreads hope through faith. His journey began after surviving third-degree burns as a toddler, when a nurse gifted him a toy piano that sparked a lifelong passion for music. Growing up in foster care from ages 4 to 17 and facing the streets, Marq found redemption through faith and turned his testimony into powerful, spirit-led music.
Formerly part of GFLS (God’s Frontline Souljahs), Marq stepped out to develop his unique sound—writing, producing, and mixing his own tracks. His debut album, Covered in the Blood (2014), established him as a voice for purpose-driven music. Now, he has released his most anticipated project yet—From Lessons to Blessings (2025)—featuring singles like “Sent by the Ghost,” “Lessons,” and “F.I.L.M.S (Forever I Love My Savior).”
With every performance, Marq Muziq proves that no past is too broken for redemption, turning his name into a movement of faith, hope, and inspiration.
